Next Phase is a San Diego-based Senior Move Management company, proudly led by mother-daughter owners Margaret and Haley Zamora. Since 2011, they and their dedicated team have helped clients navigate life transitions with professionalism and care.

Margaret Zamora, Co-Owner, President
Margaret Zamora, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C), is a Diamond Society recipient of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM).
Since founding Next Phase in 2011, Margaret has been dedicated to guiding clients through life’s transitions with compassion and confidence. Drawing on her 30 year background in fitness coaching, she ensures each move is thoughtfully managed and handled with care.
Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, cycling, and hiking with her husband.
Haley Zamora, Co-Owner, Director of Operations
As a Certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C), Haley Zamora ensures every relocation is handled with efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.
Haley co-founded Next Phase Move Assistance with Margaret before pursuing a decade-long career as a Librarian (M-LIS), where she honed her expertise in research, organization, and project management.
She loves spending time with her husband and kids, dancing Salsa, and enjoying a good book
Tammie Miller, Certified Senior Move Manager
After downsizing to live full time on a boat, Tammie returned to her real passion of interior design, organizing, staging and spatial utilization of homes, offices and yachts after building & operating several successful businesses.
From a young age, she has always enjoyed helping create peaceful and organized surroundings for family & others.
Tammie spends her leisure time sailing and spending time with her family, dogs and friends.
